Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
  • Monday through Friday 9 AM – 5 PM; occasional evening/weekend events in the community; occasional weekend client intake meetings
  • 90% field-based, 10% office-based
Job Summary
  • The Director of Sales is responsible for generating new business, cultivating referral relationships, and increasing awareness of our services in the local community. This role focuses on sales growth through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship management with healthcare professionals, facilities, and families.
Responsibilities 
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
  • Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
  • Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
  • Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Remind clients to take medication.
  • Clock in/out and document all tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (home care or healthcare industry preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of the local market and referral sources is a plus 
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the service area
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
